Jadi saya baru tau, ini toh rahasia (tapi sudah bukan rahasia lagi) yang bikin para wanita tiba2 terlihat mempesona di semua akun sosial medianya. Sim salabim abrakadabra! Nggak perlu dandan lama. Honored to be among their first guests last week (27Nov13). Google offices always keep the startup feel & spirit. There’s no boundary between any level, all googlers are equal. Even the CMO’s desk is right beside an intern. And unlike most offices in Jakarta, Google Indonesia has no office boy. So everyone is responsible to clean up their mess. Every part of the new office is amusingly cozy, as you can see it from the pics above. They made it that way on purpose: so that the googlers feel free and comfy to work in any part of the office. Fyi, they dont have absence system. Their laptop is their office, they can work anywhere they want. Every corner is beautifully designed with local ornament. That’s why sometimes they just keep it safe and sound to control the damage. While women, dare to think about love all the time especially when there are sweet memories running in their head, and they feel it deeply in their heart. It’s just men’s way to protect their mind. Coz in fact they’re scared… That the thoughts of love will occupy their mind all the time. So women may seem weak, but the truth is they’re that brave to think and feel the love, as much as it might cost.

I swear, once I get thru this phase, I would write it down and read it all over again to remind myself, how to get over it, how to live with the consequences, how to fully move on and let go.. I once got thru it and regret myself for not documenting the process, the stages, the tips and tricks on how to do it. Now I have to do it again from the scratch, with bigger stone to crash, a greater memories to dash, the same object to crack. Lucky I have a life partner who understands me better than anyone could ever do. The one who seems to have enduring patience and amazing ability to empathy. The one who I can discuss anything with. Si kk itu sangat perasa, apa2 pendekatannya harus melalui feeling. Semakin diperlakukan keras, semakin kuat dia menolak. Metode reward & punishment nggak cocok diterapkan ke dia. Kalau hatinya sedang senang, dia mampu mengerjakan tugas2nya secara mandiri. Seperti tadi, selesai makan malam dia langsung ambil buku2 pelajarannya dan mengerjakan PR sendiri di kamar atas, sementara mommy masih mendampingi si adik di bawah. Begitu selesai, dia minta mommy cek dan ternyata dari sekian banyak pertanyaan isian, jawabannya benar semua! Tanpa banyak tanya ke mommy. Padahal sudah lumayan susah sciencenya, bahasa inggris pula pengantarnya. Tapi kalau suasana hatinya sedang tidak bagus, wah.. Satu pertanyaan bisa satu jam ngerjainnya. Beneran! Dulu ini yang sering bikin mommy senewen. Karena mommy ngga ngerti gimana cara handlenya dengan tepat, biasanya diterapkan punishment nggak boleh melakukan apapun yang dia suka sebelum selesai mengerjakan tugas2nya. Kalau nggak mempan juga, nyerah.. Nunggu...
