Our last day in Maldives was spent in Hulhumale, a man-made island connected by land directly to Male Airport. I chose to stay here rather than in Male so that we don’t need to take another boat to Male. We walked around the neighborhood to see local living. Since it’s weekend, we saw so many families taking their kids playing on the beach or park. The city is so small that it took less than 15 minutes to get around by bus :))

We spent a night in Beach Sunrise Inn, a comfortable budget hotel with a very nice beach view right from our room balcony and beautiful sunrise in the morning. I enjoyed my morning by laying on the bed seeing It also has sharing kitchen and a living room, so if you book 2 rooms you can have the whole kitchen and living room altogether. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they make sure we got everything we need.

We booked through Airbnb host Affyf, who is very responsive and informative. I like his super fast response everytime I contacted him through Airbnb message. He also upgraded the hotel room from my original booking without extra charge, how nice is that. He even came to the hotel when we checked in and checked out, just to make sure that everything went well. I really recommend his service and surely will contact him again if I come back to Maldives in the future!
